Failed to validate request because the time between the server and client is not synchronized

Prior to encountering this error, the user may have had a message requesting the license key be reentered and the message may also be accompanied by a message detailing a time differential and the maximum differential being exceeded. This is a straightforward error to resolve. It occurs when the computer's internal clock has been accidently reset. This could occur during a Windows update or other even.

To resolve the error and restore functionality to OOTP, review the date and time of the computer (including AM/PM) and ensure the computer's internal clock is accurate.
