What is a quick-join code?

A quick-join code is a code that you commissioner can create specifically for you to join their leagues. This code will usually be sent to you via the email address you provided your commissioner and will look something like this:

Welcome <Your GM name>

This is the quick start code to join the online league . Just open OOTP, click on "Online League Quick Start", and copy the email body into the text box and OOTP will do the rest.

Where to put the quick-join code

You will highlight everything from ========== to ========== then copy this code and then go on the OOTP Start Screen, click on the QUICK-JOIN ONLINE LEAGUE near the bottom of the page shown in the image above, and a box will pop up, shown in the image below. Paste that code into that box, like how it is shown in the image below and then click on the join button and OOTP will do all the rest.

NOTE: This email is very important to keep! This quick-link code will work even across versions of OOTP. If you were invited to a league using a quick-link code on OOTP 23 and have issues on OOTP 26, you can always grab your original quick-link code and put it in any new version of OOTP and get back into the league! So do not delete this email OR save this quick-link code somewhere for later use.
