The Playoff History screen gives some information about the most recent champs, including their regular season record and season score, as well as pictures and statistics for every player on the active roster on the day the team won the championship, and a recap of the playoffs on the Playoff History tab.
Additionally, you can use the Select Year drop-down in the upper right to view the same sort of screen for any champion in the history of your league!
