OOTP has a number of team-specific reports that can be used to analyze team performance.

• Stats Leaders - Goes to Batting under the info Tab
• Batting Stats - Goes to Batting Stats under Reports
• Pitching Stats - Goes to Pitching stats under Reports
• Fielding Stats - Goes to Fielding stats under Reports
• Positional Rankings - Goes to Positional Ratings under Reports
• Player Ratings - Goes to Player Ratings under Reports
• Player Potential - Goes to Player Positional Ratings under Reports
• Player Development Report - Goes to Player Development Report under Reports
• Top Prospects - Goes to Top Prospects under Reports
• Minor League System - Goes to Minor League System under Reports

In OOTP, you can only view one team's information at a given time. Use the Team drop-down at the top of the Team Menu to change the currently selected team.
