There following functions are available in the Other Functions section of the League Functions page:

Option Description
Randomize Cities Randomizes the cities of all teams in the currently selected league, but not in any affiliated leagues.
Randomize Team Nicknames Randomizes the nicknames of all teams in the currently selected league, but not in any affiliated leagues.
Randomize Player Names Randomizes the player names of all players in the selected league and any affiliated leagues.
Run OSA & Human Scouts Re-scout Forces the OSA and Human scouting to res-cout the entire league and affiliated leagues. (This can also be done under Game >> Game Settings >> Global Settings Tab and click on the Run Full Re-Scouting button.)

Note: Make sure that the league you wish to change is listed as the "Selected League" under the tabs at the top of the page!
