OOTP Baseball:Perfect Team/Perfect Team Settings

OOTP Online Profile

• User Name - This is the user name of your account.
• Edit Profile - By clicking on this it will take you to the OOTP developments online profile page.
• OOTP Forum Profile Name - You can set your forum profile name to show to other users.
• Discord User Name - Just like the setting above, this will post your discord user name for other users to see.
• Default Time Zone - This is where you can set your time zone.
• Hide Scores - Clicking on this box, it will hide your score until you watch your game or look at the box score

Facegen Settings

Under this setting you can customize the player card pack opening scene.

• Use 3D Pack opening Screen - This will enable or disable the 3d pack opening
• Pack opening animation speed - You can choose from Extremely Slow, Very Slow, Slow, Default, Fast, Very Fast, Extremely Fast, or Instant.
• Reveal Cards At or Below - This will instantly flip any card below these settings. None - all cards will remain hidden, only iron - this will flip all iron cards, bronze and below - will instant flip bronze and iron cards, silver and below - will instant flip, silver, bronze, and iron cards, gold and below - auto flips all gold cards and below, Diamond and Below - auto flips all cards diamond and below, All-Non-Combinator - This will auto flip all cards that are not combinator cards, All Cards - This will auto flip all cards.
• Delay Prior to Next Card - If you have silver and below set in the setting above, this is the action you will need to take to flip any hidden cards. Mouse Click Required (Or spacebar), None, and then by time which you can select from 0.1 seconds up to 5 seconds.
• Info Box Display - Can be set to never, on mouse over, or always.
• Max Delay to wait for card images - You can choose from None, Very Short, Short, Average, Long, and Very Long
• Sound Effects Volume - This can be set from 100%, 80%, 60%, 40%, 20% or Off.
• Show Effects (Confetti etc.) - Check to enable uncheck to disable.
• Show Shadows - Check to Enable to uncheck to disable.
• Skip Pack Explosion - This will skip/disable the effects right before the pack opens of checked.
• Use Alternate Pack Explosion Sound - If checked it will use the alternate sound over the default sound.

Auto-sell Player Cards

In these settings you can specify how the game handles new player cards that you may not find useful.

• Automatically sell player cards if value < X - If checked it will use the Minimum Player Card Value set in the setting below to trigger auto-selling of cards below this value.
• Minimum Player Card Value - You can set this to any number from 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, or 80 and if the automatically sell player cards option above is checked (enabled) it will sell any card below the selected number in this section.
• Only Sell Duplicates automatically - If this is enabled it will automatically sell your duplicate cards but ONLY of the automatically sell player cards is enabled.

Collection Mission Settings

Duplicate card locking order on submit: This will determine how cards will be locked when you are completing missions. This setting can also be changed while looking at a mission in the Missions tab, under the rewards section on the right hand side.

General Perfect Team Settings

• League Placement Setting - This setting is used to place your team in leagues with your friends (Use friends list). You must have friends selected and they must have you selected so that you all can join the same league together each Sunday night. You also have the choices of Random league and Stay Put.
• Automatically Submit Team - If this is enabled OOTP will automatically submit your team to perfect Team Servers one Minute before a new simulation starts or when you exit Perfect Team.
• Team Submit Info from Servers - This shows when the last time the local client submitted your team and the last league date prior to the current sim.
• Play Notification Sound when a new league file becomes available - If this is checked, when a sim completes and a new file is ready for you to look at, a notification sound will be sent.
• Delete old PT League & Tournament File - This will delete all old leagues and completed tournament data from your saved_games folder to help free up space on your harddrive.

Team Control Settings

Now these settings are a lot like the manager settings in the base game. However, here you only have the choice of you or the Computer AI. If you get a message saying that you do not have control of your lineups or pitching staff, then the Computer AI is probably set instead of your user name. Your user name IS the DEFAULT setting.

• Setting Lineups & Depth Charts - If your user account name is set, you are in control of your lineups and depth charts.
• Setting Pitching Staff - If your user account name is set, you are in control of your pitching staff.
• Roster Moves (Demotions, Promotions) - If your user account name is set, you are in control of your roster moves.
• Reserve Roster Management - If your user account name is set, you are in control of your reserve roster management. The reserve roster management option determines how new player cards (acquired on the market or via opening packs) are handled if your reserve roster is full (174 players). If AI management of the reserve roster is enabled, the AI will decide if a new player card will replace a lower-rated card on the reserve roster or be deactivated. If you are in control and your reserve roster is full, new cards will be automatically deactivated. Deactivated cards can be managed in the team roster screen or in the card collection screen.
