OOTP Baseball:Screens and Menus/Personnel Profile/Coach Profile and Ratings

The Coach Profile and Ratings screen in the Personnel Profile contains most of the key ratings and information about a member of a team's personnel in the game. You can access this screen in several ways:

• Click on the name of any team personnel on any standard game screen (clicking on a player name on a report will take you to the Team Personnel Report)
• Right-click on any player name and select Open Person Profile

The Personal profile has four Tabs:

• Profile - Shown in the picture above. Gives a general rundown of the strengths and weaknesses of the coach. personal information, current status and contract information, and a full history of the coaches past years jobs, team they were with, salary, and record info.

Personal Details

The Personal Details section contains basic demographic information about the person, including their normal occupation as team personnel.

Contract Status

The Contract Status section in the lower left contains information about the person's current contract status. If the person has been signed to an extension, this fact will be noted. See Personnel Contracts for more information about contracts for team personnel.

Managing Ratings

The Managing Ratings section lists key managing skills and the currently selected person's ratings in those skills. See Personnel Ratings for more information about team personnel ratings.

Scouting Ratings

The Scouting Ratings section lists key scouting skills and the currently selected person's ratings in those skills. See Personnel Ratings for more information about team personnel ratings.

Coaching Ratings
