OOTP contains a number of in-game editors to allow you to customize the game to your heart's content. Three of these editors are accessible through the League Functions page, while the others appear as additional tabs in various areas of the game, but only when you are logged in as the commissioner.

- Player Editor (Found under a players profile page)
- Personnel Editor (Found under a coaches profile page)
- Team Editor (Found in team settings)
- Ballpark Editor (accessible through the League Functions page)
- Nation Editor (found under Game >> Explore World >> Click on a country >> Nation Editor Tab)
- League Structure Editor (accessible through the League Functions page)
- League Schedule Editor (accessible through the League Functions page)
